About the Workout Type wheel
Doing the same workout every week can lead to boredom and missed sessions. A workout wheel adds a little variety by choosing the type of training for you, so you can keep your routine interesting without planning every day.
Use the wheel to choose the type of exercise, then pick the specific routine that fits your level. Keep the options realistic for your schedule, and remove a type once you have done it that week.
